2. Eligibility and Bookings

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to book a treatment. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete health information during your intake process. Failure to disclose medical conditions or medications may result in the cancellation of treatment for your safety.

3. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our clinicians' schedules. To maintain our high standard of care, we enforce the following policy:

• Policy Compliance: Deposits and cancellation policies apply to all bookings.
• 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or "no-shows," may incur a fee of $100 AUD or the loss of your booking deposit.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient. The full treatment fee will still apply.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• GST: As per current Australian tax regulations, certain medical services may be GST-exempt. Where GST applies, it will be included in the total price quoted.
• Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and secure electronic payments.

5. Clinical Assessment and Right to Refuse

NuuSkin Clinic operates under strict medical ethical guidelines.

• Suitability: Our clinicians reserve the right to refuse treatment if, following a medical assessment, a procedure is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the patient.
• Protocol Adherence: Patients must follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by our clinical team to ensure safety and optimal results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, custom graphics, and "NuuSkin" branding, is the property of NuuSkin Clinic Sydney and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.
