Dry Eye & Ocular Surface Therapy
Dry eye disease can significantly affect comfort, vision quality, and daily function. Often linked to inflammation, hormonal shifts, screen exposure, or meibomian gland dysfunction, it requires more than artificial tears. We provide advanced medical strategies that go beyond artificial tears to treat the root causes of dry eye disease.

Ocular Surface Health
Dry eye is a complex condition where the ocular surface becomes compromised, leading to a decline in both vision quality and daily function. Our clinical approach is designed to improve tear stability, reduce chronic inflammation, and restore long-term comfort through personalized medical protocols.
Comprehensive Ocular Surface Assessment
We conduct a detailed medical evaluation to identify the specific drivers of your discomfort, assessing factors like tear stability, gland function, and the impact of environmental stressors.
Targeted In-Clinic Therapies
Based on your clinical profile, we deliver precise in-clinic interventions designed to clear blockages and restore the healthy function of the ocular surface.
Energy-Based Technology (IPL)
Where appropriate, we utilize advanced technologies such as Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to target the inflammatory root causes of dry eye and stimulate healthy gland activity.
Anti-Inflammatory Support
We provide clinical strategies to reduce chronic surface inflammation, protecting the eye from long-term irritation and ensuring a more resilient, comfortable ocular environment.
Lifestyle & Environmental Optimisation
Our treatment plans extend beyond the clinic, providing structured guidance on optimizing your daily habits and environment to sustain your results and protect your vision.
Your vision should never be a source of discomfort. We combine diagnostic depth with advanced energy-based innovation to repair the ocular surface, ensuring your eyes feel as clear and refreshed as they look.

In over 80% of cases, chronic dry eye is caused by Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD). This occurs when the small glands in your eyelids—responsible for producing the protective oil layer of your tears—become blocked or inflamed. Without this oil, your tears evaporate too quickly, leading to the stinging, redness, and "gritty" sensation associated with dry eye.
At NuuSkin, we move beyond temporary relief like eye drops. We utilize the InMode Envision platform, which combines Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Radiofrequency (RF).
- IPL targets inflammation and abnormal blood vessels around the eyes.
- RF delivers controlled heat to liquefy hardened oils in the Meibomian glands, allowing them to flow freely and restore the natural tear film.
The procedure is non-invasive and generally well-tolerated. Most patients describe the sensation as a gentle warming of the eyelids. There is zero downtime; you can return to your normal activities immediately following the session. We do recommend wearing sunglasses and avoiding direct sun exposure for 24 hours post-treatment.
While some patients feel relief after a single session, a standard clinical protocol typically involves 3 to 4 treatments spaced several weeks apart. This allows for the cumulative reduction of inflammation and the full restoration of gland function. Long-term maintenance sessions may be recommended based on your specific ocular surface health.
